A warm mustard
The shade leans towards ochre rather than lemon. It warms fair and dull skins, where a bright yellow would have hardened the features. -
Generous daisies
The flowers are large, designed with broad white petals and a golden centre. The pattern is cheerful without being childish, as its scale is that of a home print rather than a fabric with small patterns. -
Wavy padding
The seams create regular waves that give texture to the fabric and retain heat. The coat remains warm while staying soft to the touch. -
Golden buttons
A row of small light buttons fastens the front up to the high collar. When closed, the coat becomes almost a safari style; when open, it frames a cream blouse. -
To wear with black
Black trousers, dark jeans, navy skirt: the mustard pairs effortlessly. It is the only colour in the ensemble, and that is enough.
